The fee covers the cost of the assessment (provided in the form of a four to five page written report), which becomes the property of the writer. Longer responses can be negotiated.
TBD = To Be Decided/Discussed. It is assumed that the cost will be determined by the time spent on the task. The base rate is the general hourly rate.
A four week turnaround time (dependent on the number of words) is expected. If the time frame is longer, I will contact the writer and discuss the issues.
This fee should be seen as an initial consultation; subsequent consultations revert to the hourly rate.
